Theo lý thuyết về mặt sinh học, không nên bật các loại đèn khi đi ngủ. Tuy nhiên, với một số người đặc biệt như trẻ nhỏ và bố mẹ già thì việc tắt tất cả các loại đèn không hẳn là điều tốt bởi điều đó có thể khiến trẻ sợ, khó đi vào giấc ngủ hoặc có thể sẽ quấy khóc, khó ngủ lại khi chợt tỉnh giấc thấy trời tối. Người già thị lực kém có thể gặp khó khăn khi di chuyển hay với nhiều người, cần có chút ánh sáng nhẹ để dễ đi vào giấc ngủ hơn.

Đèn ngủ có mấy loại?
Xét về tính năng, đèn ngủ có 3 loại: Đèn ngủ thông thường, đèn ngủ cảm biến ánh sáng và đèn ngủ tích hợp cảm biến ánh sáng và cảm biến chuyển động.
1. Đèn ngủ thông thường hoạt động vô cùng đơn giản chỉ bằng thao tác cắm/rút khỏi ổ điện hoặc bật/tắt nếu sản phẩm có tích hợp công tắc và người dùng muốn cắm đèn cố định.
2. Đèn ngủ tích hợp cảm biến ánh sáng sẽ chỉ hoạt động khi trời tối (cường độ sáng < 15 lux).
3. Đèn ngủ tích hợp cảm biến ánh sáng và cảm biến chuyển động sẽ chỉ hoạt động khi ánh sáng môi trường nhỏ hơn khoảng 15 lux và phát hiện có chuyển động.
Tùy vào mục đích và đối tượng, bạn có thể lựa chọn sản phẩm đèn ngủ phù hợp cho mình. Nếu bạn thuộc tuýp người dễ ngủ hoặc có nhu cầu đi lại thường xuyên vào buổi đêm (chẳng hạn đang chăm sóc trẻ sơ sinh), có thể chọn loại số 1 & 2. Còn nếu bạn thuộc tuýp người khó ngủ, đèn ngủ số 3 là lựa chọn không thể hoàn hảo hơn!
Lợi ích khi sử dụng đèn ngủ?
Lợi ích của đèn ngủ thông thường chỉ có tính năng ON/OFF chắc các bạn rõ rồi! Thế còn của 2 đèn cảm biến thì thế nào?
